Our Kitchen
Our cooking follows the seasons. In spring, we serve asparagus from the region; in summer, light dishes for the beer garden; in autumn, hearty classics from Münsterland. What arrives on your plate comes from nearby — from local farms, not industrial supply chains.
Our cooking is direct and unfussy. Fine ingredients, clear flavours, generous portions. That has always been the standard at Fliederbusch — and it always will be.
Seasonal Highlight
Every year from April, we celebrate asparagus season. Served classically with melted butter and Westphalian ham, or in exciting new combinations — always featuring the finest asparagus Münsterland has to offer. Ask us about our current asparagus menu.
Wirtschaft
The historic Wirtschaft is the heart and soul of the house. Wood panelling, the old bar counter and the charm of decades gone by make this room something special. A place to meet over an after-work drink, a fine glass of wine or simply some good company.
Beer Garden
Arrive, settle in, let go. In our spacious, tree-shaded beer garden, you will find real peace and quiet – and before long, a healthy appetite too. Enjoy the dishes from our restaurant menu with a cool drink under the open sky. Open from May to September, weather permitting.
