Some houses have history. The Fliederbusch has stories. Since 1971, our family has been welcoming guests in Borken – back then as a small inn on Hohe Oststraße, today as a 3-star superior hotel with restaurant, banquet hall and beer garden.

Four generations have shaped this place. Each brought something of their own: craftsmanship, character, curiosity. What held this place together was never standing still, but a steady passing of the torch.

We believe that true hospitality needs no grand gestures. A warm welcome, a dish prepared with care, a room where you can truly unwind. Personal, understated, reliable.

Our Fiat 500 Cabriolet – electric, sunny, yours for the day.

We fell in love with the Fiat 500. The car is quiet, nimble and a joy to drive. Perfect for exploring Münsterland – the lakes, the villages, the castles. Perfect, too, for simply getting behind the wheel and going.

The Fiat is available for hotel guests. Day rental or weekend package. Drivers must be at least 21 years old and hold a valid driving licence.

Sustainability is not a buzzword here – it is simply how we do things. We work with regional suppliers to reduce transport and strengthen the local economy. In the kitchen, we strive to waste as little as possible – every vegetable, every cut of meat is put to good use.

When renovating our rooms, we choose natural materials and sustainable craftsmanship. The Fiat 500 is electric, to keep emissions low. Small choices that, taken together, tell a larger story: a hotel run with thought and care.
