"Heinrich Stube 1905"

Our cozy and elegant restaurant is named after Heinrich Busch, the founder of the original Fliederbusch dining room. The rustic masonry behind the cloakroom is reminiscent of the original farm from which the lilac bush grew. We like to remember our roots.

Inspired and delicious: our regional cuisine
The Fliederbusch has always felt a strong regional connection to the Münsterland. As early as when purchasing, we pay attention to short delivery routes, extremely high quality and long-term cooperation with regional suppliers. You can taste that and not only our guests benefit from it, but also the environment.
